When you contact one of the specialists at Acrobate, (s)he will call on you to indicate your specifications and expectations: what kind of promotional item(s) are you looking for (garments, writing material, etc.)? What are the quantities required? How shall it be distributed? Once these and other considerations have all been laid down, the specialist sends you a proposal.
Silk-Screen Printing
The silk-screen printing technique uses a screen made of fabric tensioned on a frame. The fabric’s stitches are sealed at certain spots, open at others: the ink thus penetrates only the bare parts of the silk, which makes it possible to form the pattern to be reproduced on the garment or other object.
Embroidery
Using software and based on the drawing provided, the technician determines the parts to be, and the order in which they have to be, covered with yarns. Thereafter, this schematic is transferred to the machine that will reproduce it onto the garment or other object of your choice. Programming is carried out within Acrobate’s offices, since the firm’s employees have acquired the requisite training and experience to handle this task.
Laser Engraving
This technology’s power and precision allow us to broaden the range of items for decoration, be they garments or anything else. Laser engraving enables logos to be positioned in spots usually inaccessible through traditional techniques.
